Cebu, The Philippines (DH)
There are many books written on the "miracle" of the St. Nino - a small statue of Mary found in the rubble of a burned village. Now, thousands line up to light candles and touch the feet of that statue. St Nino Cathedral in Cebu, Philippines. The Philippines is that largest Catholic nation in the world- mixed in with a very health aspect of animism and spirit worship.
